This email is to advise you that we have received notification that all PPTA industrial action is being suspended due to the PPTA and Ministry of Education entering arbitration. Due to the very short notice this evening, for Edgewater Colllege students this will be effective from Friday 23rd. This means there will be no on-site classes for Year 10 and 11 students tomorrow, Thursday 22nd. All students will be welcome back on-site on Friday 23rd and there will be no rostering home next week.
Please note the Paid Union Meetings (PUMs) scheduled for next week Wednesday will still go ahead and students will be released at 12 pm.
Our sincere thanks for your ongoing support. We look forward to welcoming all students back on Friday.
