Communication with teachers
As a school I have asked all teachers and support staff to send emails during contact hours and on weekdays only. In keeping with our usual school policy we will do our very best to respond to any message from students and / or parents within 24 hours. I’m sure you will appreciate that our staff are juggling working from home as well as managing the day to day life of their own bubbles and so we do need to keep this manageable for both staff and students.
Teachers can be emailed directly via their @edgewater.school.nz email.

Student Devices
If students experience an issue with their school device during the learning from home period:
- If there is a technical issue, contact [email protected] or 021 088 11086.
- If damage does occur, report it as soon as possible to [email protected].
- If the device is lost or stolen, report it as soon as possible to [email protected]. If requested please also report its loss or theft to the police.
