On 16 October we held our Co-curricular Prizegiving. This was held at the Howick Club, and included a seated dinner. We were entertained with three fantastic performances by the Edgewater College Jazz Band.

Rebecca Dubber was our guest speaker, she is a Paralympian who competed at the 2012 and 2016 Paralympic Games. At the 2016 games in Rio De Janeiro she won New Zealand’s first medal in the pool. She had a fantastic message for the students. Everyone enjoyed listening to her story and how she got to where she is today.
