PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR ENROLMENT AS AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
- Complete all sections of the application form.
- Parent/s must read (translate if necessary), understand and sign:
- Send all the above completed documents to Edgewater College together with the student's latest school report, the name and contact details of the student's New Zealand guardian/parental representative and the registration fee of $100.
- If the Application is approved Edgewater College will send you an Offer of Place/Invoice and a homestay account if homestay accommodation is requested.
- Return the Offer of Place with the tuition fees, and if required the homestay accommodation fees. Fees should be paid by a bank cheque in favour of Edgewater College.
- On receipt of the tuition fees an updated Offer of Place and receipt will be returned to the parent/s. These documents are required to obtain the Student visa and permit.
- All International students must obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance before leaving their home country. Edgewater college can help to arrange for insurance if required.
- Please note that it is a requirement for all international students at Edgewater College to have a New Zealand guardian/parental representative and live in approved accommodation. The contract with Edgewater College will be void if there requirements are not fulfilled at any time
